The Department of Defence has signed a new contract with Cushman & Wakefield for property management services across their domestic property portfolio which consists of 350 expenditure leases and 620 revenue licences.
The new relationship includes a more integrated and streamlined delivery approach and includes enhanced acquisitions, disposals, property strategy and workplace management deliverables.
The repositioned service delivery model, includes a greater focus on industry leading outcomes, including innovation and enhanced technology solutions.
Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Emily Dean as Account Director, who has almost 20 years experience in the property sector for companies including Telstra and the ACT Government.
The Cushman & Wakefield delivery enhancements will include mobile technology enabled property inspections, leading edge environmental services capability and, a more comprehensive WHS support program.
