Cushman & Wakefield announces five key industrial appointments

Cushman & Wakefield Victoria continue to strengthen their market presence with the appointment of five new industrial team members. Further bolstering their agency business, these strategic engagements support the recently appointed Andrew O’Connell, Head of Industrial Sales and Leasing.

Joining Andrew at Cushman & Wakefield’s new 385 Bourke Street premises is David Norman, Michael Green and Pierre Ghougassian as Directors, Industrial Sales and Leasing, Jordie Cassidy, Manager, Industrial Sales and Leasing and Robert Colaneri, Senior Executive, Industrial Sales and Leasing.

David joins Cushman & Wakefield from Savills, where he spent 10 years as a Director and prior that, a combined 15 years with Colliers and JLL. In his new role David will lend his industrial expertise to Melbourne’s north western market. Michael was most recently Director of Industrial at Savills, and prior to this Michael worked with JLL, gaining significant experience with pre-lease and pre-commit transactions and land sales. Michael will concentrate on the north west of Melbourne.

Focussing on western Melbourne, Pierre joins Cushman & Wakefield from JLL where he spent nearly 10 years honing his industrial property experience across a range of significant transactions throughout Melbourne.

Jordie joins the Melbourne Cushman & Wakefield team from JLL where he was an integral part of the industrial business. In his new role Jordie will primarily focus on south east Melbourne.  Robert Colaneri most recently held a role specialising in Industrial Valuations, however at Cushman & Wakefield he will primarily focus on Industrial Investment Sales, as well as leasing in the south east Melbourne market.
