Andrew O'Connell joins Cushman & Wakefield with close to twenty five years' industrial property experience, most recently at JLL where he held the role of National Director – Industrial Victoria. Prior to that Andrew held various industrial roles within McGees National Property Consultants and Drake & Co. Andrew was awarded Goodman Victorian agent of the year in 2006, 2007 and 2008 and Goodman Victoria deal of the year in 2006.
Andrew brings with him a wealth of experience, particularly in the South East Melbourne market with substantial private and institutional property and portfolio sales, and significant leasing, notably across the pharmaceutical and transport industries in excess of 20,000 square metres.
Andrew Joins Cushman & Wakefield Victoria alongside 16 new appointments in 2017, considerably expanding their Melbourne agency presence.
As part of growing the Melbourne footprint, Cushman & Wakefield has also recently completed the relocation of its operations to Dexus Property Group’s 385 Bourke Street office in the Melbourne CBD, where the business occupies 2,500 square metres.
